A Lifetime of Public Service
Mark Hart is a lifelong resident of Pendleton County with deep roots that span multiple generations. Raised with a strong sense of service and community, Mark has always believed in giving back to the place that shaped him.
A graduate of Northern Kentucky University, Mark combined his education with a lifelong commitment to helping others. As an Eagle Scout from Troop 109, he learned early on the values of leadership, integrity, and service—principles that continue to guide him today.
For 30 years, Mark served on Pendleton County EMS, dedicating his career to saving lives and protecting his neighbors. Whether responding to emergencies at all hours or supporting families in times of crisis, Mark built a reputation as someone the community could count on when it mattered most.
Mark and his wife, Lisa, have been married for 27 years and are proud parents of two daughters. Together, they have built a life centered on faith, family, and community—values that Mark carries with him in his work and public service.
Mark is a strong advocate for protecting life, supporting first responders, and standing up for Kentucky families. He is proud to be endorsed by Northern Kentucky Right to Life and the Kentucky Professional Firefighters, reflecting his commitment to both public safety and core community values.
As your State Representative for District 78, Mark Hart will continue to bring a servant’s heart, real-world experience, and a deep love for Pendleton County to Frankfort—working every day to ensure a stronger, safer future for our families and our communities.
